OUR ROOF PAINTING PROCESS
3 Step Process — First we always perform a thorough roof cleaning. It is critical that this roof cleaning is done properly so that we don’t trap any debris or buildup underneath the coating layer. Typically, the roof cleaning will take 1 or 2 days depending upon the size of your home or commercial building. When the roof is totally clean and dry, we put on a clear sealer coat which penetrates the pores of the concrete and ensures that we have a good bond coat to which we can apply roof paint. Step #2 is a coat of roof paint in the color you have selected. Step #3 is a second final coat of roof paint again in the color that you have selected for your roof.

CLEAR ROOF SEALING PROCESS
2 Step Process — Sealing your tile roof is an extremely important procedure for both new and older tile roofs. Tiles do not come from the manufacturer with adequate protective clear coat on them. In addition, over the years the harsh Florida environment (strong sun, wind, mold, and hurricanes) and annual cleanings leave your roof tiles totally unprotected. Once unprotected the integrity of your tiles will be affected which will, in turn, shorten the lifespan of your tile roof. After a thorough roof cleaning, our premium tile roof sealer penetrates the surface of the tile to seal the pores while protecting the surface from dirt, mold, and algae. The sealer will also give your roof a “like new” gloss sheen.
